Celebration Cake and External Food Guidelines
To ensure a consistent, safe, and high-quality experience for all guests, all food served within our venues must be prepared and provided by our in-house culinary team.
Our kitchens and service teams work together to maintain proper food handling, temperature control, allergen awareness, and presentation standards throughout your event. Allowing only in-house food ensures we can confidently uphold these standards and deliver the food and beverage experience our guests expect.
We recognize that food can be an important cultural or personal element of an event. If you require specialty, cultural, or religious dishes, please let us know, our culinary team is pleased to discuss customized menu options and creative menu solutions.
For the health and safety of our guests, we’re not able to allow leftover food to be taken off the premises. This helps ensure that all food is stored, handled, and served safely, and reduces the risk of foodborne illness from improper storage or transport.
Commercially prepared cakes from a licensed bakery are permitted for celebrations.
A $35 service fee applies.
This fee includes:
Receiving and safe storage of the cake upon arrival
Display set-up or cake table preparation
Cutting, plating, and service by our banquet team
China plates, cutlery, and napkins
Cleanup and removal
Cakes must arrive fully assembled and ready for display.
Home-prepared items or cakes from unlicensed sources are not permitted.
